Real talk: most days owning and operating a small business is not for the faint of heart. As we all know, it has been exponentially more challenging due to Covid and how it’s changed the world.

Quite frankly, there are days, when we’ve been going nonstop for about 15 hours, that we question why we do it. Sure, it allows us to support us and our Apt 9F family - but we’d be lying if there aren’t times when we are like “what are we doing?!?”

Then we received this card from two guests last night after we hosted a birthday party for them.

Instantly, all of the tears, frustration, and long hours melt away.

We’ve made so many wonderful friends and have provided so many with a place they can call home. Which is all we ever wanted to do in the first place.

So we wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU, not just to Bill & Mike, but to all of our Apt 9F dwellers, for reminding us how terribly fortunate we are to be able to do what we do, exactly how we want to do it.

We are humbled by your support and good vibes.
